Every new site I build passes all twenty points before it goes live, no extra charge. If your existing site does not pass yet, redesign pricing depends on how many points need fixing.

A 10% deposit secures your spot on the build calendar and kicks off discovery. Refundable up to design kickoff.
After a short discovery call you get a written quote with a fixed total. No hourly surprises, no scope drift.
The remaining 90% is invoiced when the site goes live. Optional monthly care plans start the month after launch.
